You've certainly heard the voice and lately it seems you may have seen the legend as well. Forever known as "that cool voice" or that "scary voice", he was the orator of that legendary introduction, "In a world....." or "In a time.....", Don LaFontaine's voice certainly ingrained itself within your mind and made the movie you were watching a trailer for seem all the better. If ever you entered a theater or turned on the television, the odds are that Don LaFontaine has spoken to you with that booming baritone. He was 68.The Cinema Balcony will miss his great gift and going to the movies just got a little sadder.
